How to List an eBay Item from Your Phone with Quick Upload

Prelo's Quick Upload starts one listing from your phone: up to 12 photos, saved offline if you have no signal, with the AI run when you're ready.

You've just got home with a haul, or you're still in the car park, and you want one listing started before you forget the details. That's what Quick Upload is for. The shop in the video uses example data.

Take your photos

On your phone, sign in to Prelo. On the home screen, under Quick Actions, tap Quick Upload. Tap the camera button and your phone's camera opens.

  • Every photo you take here belongs to one item, up to 12.
  • The counter shows how many you've used. Tap the cross on a photo to drop it, or the camera tile to add another.
  • Shoot the front, the back, any label and any flaw. The AI writes from your photos, so it should see what the buyer will get.

No signal?

Prelo tells you you're offline. The button changes to Save photos for later, and they upload when you reconnect.

Upload, then run the AI

Online, tap Upload. Prelo makes one item from your photos and opens it.

Quick Upload doesn't run the AI by itself. The item waits as New Item, with Run AI Analysis as step one. That's when the listing credit is used, so you can shoot now and decide later. Run it and you get the title, description, condition, category, price and item specifics, the same as any upload. Check them, then publish or leave it for later.

Check the photo order too: the first photo is the main one on eBay. If one came out dark, Clean up photo is right there.

Several waiting?

Items you haven't analysed wait under the New tab on My Items. Analyze all runs them together and asks first, because it uses one listing credit per item.

Quick Upload or Upload?

On a computer, or with a pile of photos of different things, use Upload instead. It takes up to 200 photos and sorts them into items.
