How to Import Your eBay Store into Prelo

Already selling on eBay? You don't have to re-list anything to use Prelo. You can bring your live eBay listings in and manage them alongside the ones you create in Prelo. The shop in the video uses example data.

From the welcome screen

The first time you sign in, Prelo asks whether you already sell on eBay. Choose Yes, bring in my store, then press Connect eBay & import.

You approve the connection on eBay's own site, so Prelo never sees your eBay password. Tutorial 2 walks through that step.

Then the import runs. The count goes up as your listings arrive, and the newest ones show underneath. When it's done, Prelo tells you your store is in, with the number of items. Press See my store in Prelo.

If something goes wrong, Prelo says so. Your eBay account stays connected, and you can retry the import any time.

What comes in

• Comes in: each live listing's title, price and photos, and its link back to eBay. Up to 1,000 active listings.
• Stays on eBay: the description, item specifics, category and condition.
• Only live listings: ended and sold listings aren't imported.

Importing never changes anything on eBay, and it doesn't use credits.

Your imported items

Imported listings land on your Active tab. On the All tab, each one is marked Imported, and the badge stays, so you can always tell them apart from the listings you created in Prelo.

To see only those, filter by source: Imported from eBay.

Already connected?

If you connected eBay another way, or you've listed more on eBay since, open Settings → Marketplaces and press Sync. It imports new listings, updates prices, and marks sold or ended items. It's safe to run any time: listings already in Prelo aren't imported twice, and only new ones come in. A message tells you how many listings it synced, how many were new and how many it updated. If your eBay account has no live listings, it tells you there was nothing to import.

There's a Sync button on the home screen too, and Prelo syncs by itself when you open the home screen or My Items, if it's been more than five minutes.

One more thing: Prelo imports from eBay only. It doesn't import from Poshmark, Mercari or other marketplaces.
