How to Bulk List on eBay: Publish Up to 100 Listings (and Check the First)

Put a batch of checked drafts live on eBay in one run, up to 100 at a time. Prelo pre-checks each one against eBay's rules and pauses after the first so you can look before the rest go.

You've got a shelf of analysed drafts, checked and priced. This guide covers putting them live on eBay in one run, up to a hundred at a time, and checking the first one before the rest go. The shop in the video uses example data.

Pick the drafts

On My Items, open Ready. These are analysed drafts that aren't live yet, and the banner says how many are waiting. Press Publish ready items to take all of them, or press Select, tick the ones you want, and press Publish to eBay.

The pre-check

Each draft is checked against eBay's rules first. Nothing is published yet. Each one comes back Ready, or Needs work with the reason. Needs work items are left out: Fix opens the item in a new tab; fix it, then press Re-check.

One run takes up to a hundred listings. If more are ready, the first hundred are ticked and you publish the rest in another run.

Confirm

Press Review to see the total list value, how many listings, the format, and the eBay account they're going to. Read the notice: these go live on eBay at the prices shown, buyers can buy them, and eBay's normal selling fees apply.

Check the first one

Make sure Publish the first one and check it is ticked. Prelo pauses after the first listing so you can look at it on eBay before the rest go. Press Publish. Listings go one at a time, to stay within eBay's limits, and you can leave the page; you'll get a notification.

When the first listing is live, View on eBay opens it. If it looks right, press Continue. If it doesn't, press Stop here, and nothing else is sent. While it runs you see how many are done and live, and Stop after this one ends the batch cleanly; anything not sent stays a draft.

Results

At the end you see how many went live, and any that didn't, with eBay's reason and a link to fix it. If the connection dropped on one, Prelo can't be sure whether eBay created it and says so: check your eBay active listings before you press Retry. If the problem is your eBay account itself, like missing business policies, Prelo stops the whole batch and lists the steps to fix it.

Publishing doesn't use Prelo credits. The credit was used when each item was analysed.
