Prelo vs Nifty

Nifty bundles AI crosslisting with 24/7 automation bots — auto-share, relist, follow and send offers on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop, even while your computer is off — plus sales analytics, across up to 6 marketplaces including Etsy and Whatnot. Prelo doesn't run automation bots; it writes the listing from your photos and cross-lists it to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Facebook Marketplace. Nifty's cheapest plan is $25 a month for single-marketplace automation only — AI crosslisting itself starts at $39.99 a month. Prelo has a free tier with no monthly fee, plus a $7.99-a-month plan for importing and cross-listing an eBay store you already have.

When Nifty is the better choice

You're an established Poshmark or eBay reseller who wants 24/7 automation running even when your computer is off, you sell on Etsy or Whatnot, which Prelo doesn't support, or the bundled analytics and expense tracking matter more to you than starting price.

When Prelo is the better choice

You want to try the AI listing writer for free before paying anything, you're primarily an eBay seller who wants eBay-native tooling like warehouse tracking, or you're bringing your existing eBay store over without paying for automation you won't use.

Switching from Nifty

Moving over starts with connecting your eBay account. Prelo pulls in the listings and sales history that are live on eBay — the listings themselves, not anything stored inside Nifty. Automation schedules, Poshmark share settings and Nifty's own analytics history stay in Nifty; neither platform can move those, since they live outside eBay. Once your eBay store is in Prelo, you connect Poshmark, Mercari, Depop or Facebook Marketplace the same way you would starting fresh, and cross-list from there.

What Prelo does

You photograph an item. Prelo writes the title, the description and a price from comparable listings, then cross-lists it to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Facebook Marketplace from your eBay listing. When it sells, Prelo can end it on Mercari and Depop else. The Chrome extension fills each marketplace form and stops — you press Publish.
