How to Cross-List eBay Items in Bulk with Prelo

You already have a pile of listings on eBay, and you'd like them on Poshmark, Mercari or Depop too. Prelo can cross-list a whole batch from your items list. This guide covers how it works, and what's different from cross-listing one item. The shop in the video uses example data.

Before you start

You need the Prelo browser extension installed and paired, and you need to be signed in to each marketplace in the same Chrome. If a login page or a check appears while it's working, the extension pauses and tells you.

Select the items

Open Items and press Select. Tick the items you want, or Select all on the page. If you're new to this, start with ten or so while you get used to checking each form. With items ticked, press Cross-list.

Choose the marketplaces

Pick the marketplaces: Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted or Facebook Marketplace. The extension handles all of them. The footer counts the listings, one per item per marketplace, with an estimate of the fees.

One difference from a single item: a batch has no preview step. Each listing is still written for its marketplace, with fee-adjusted prices and titles trimmed to fit, and you check it on the filled form before you submit.

If the extension isn't detected in this browser, the dialog tells you to install it, and the button stays off.

Queued, one tab at a time

Press Cross-list and Prelo prepares the listings. The result shows how many were queued, skipped or failed.

Queued listings open one tab at a time in the extension. Open the extension popup to step through each filled form, and click Submit on each one. The popup shows where you are (for example, Listing 3 of 18), with Pause when you need a break, Resume to carry on, and Clear all to empty the queue.

Every listing waits for your click on Submit. The extension never submits for you.

Status

Back on Items, each marketplace has its own tab. As listings go up, they move from Publishing to Live.

If one goes wrong, open that item's Marketplaces panel. The same options from cross-listing a single item are there: Needs you, Mark as listed, and Retry.

Limits

• Up to 100 items in one batch.
• The Crosslist plan includes 2,000 cross-listings a month; Volume and Pro have no monthly cap.
• Anything you made with Prelo can be cross-listed on any plan. Items imported from an eBay store need Crosslist, Volume or Pro.
